What does a home clean include?
You're booking cleaning time. Your Moppi works through your priorities during that time, so it's helpful to share what matters most.
Do I choose bedrooms or square metres?
No. For home cleaning, choose the frequency and either a four-hour Half Day or eight-hour Full Day clean.
Can I change a recurring clean?
Yes. Weekly, fortnightly and monthly cleans are easy to skip, pause or cancel.
How does office cleaning work?
Office cleaning is quoted for your specific workspace, schedule and needs. Submit an office quote request and we'll come back to you directly.
When do I pay?
We'll always make payment details clear before your clean is finalised. Online card payments are being added to Moppi soon.
