What do I get with a Deep Clean?
A comprehensive, top-to-bottom clean. Typically 5–8 hours; we complete the agreed checklist. All cleaning products and equipment are included.
Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas; floors, skirtings/baseboards, doors and frames, switches and reachable fixtures; detailed dusting and grout/detail work; accessible interior windows; inside cupboards, oven and fridge; and underneath accessible furniture.
Excludes hazardous waste and biohazards, pest infestations, specialist mould remediation, inaccessible or high exterior windows, specialist restoration, and moving very heavy furniture.

What does a home clean include?
You're booking cleaning time. Your Moppi works through your priorities during that time, so it's helpful to share what matters most.
Do I choose bedrooms or square metres?
Regular cleaning is time-based: choose a four-hour Half Day or eight-hour Full Day, then your frequency. Deep Clean packages are guided by bedroom count.
Can I change a recurring clean?
Yes. Weekly, fortnightly and monthly cleans are easy to skip, pause or cancel.
How does office cleaning work?
Office cleaning is quoted for your specific workspace, schedule and needs. Submit an office quote request and we'll come back to you directly.
When do I pay?
Pay by EFT by the end of the day following your clean. Your booking is confirmed only when Moppi sends you a confirmation email.
